Every day in South Simcoe, individuals and families face housing instability, food insecurity, and barriers to opportunity.

Since 2017, S.H.I.F.T. – Support and Hope for Individuals and Families Today – has been a lifeline,

providing emergency shelter, mobile outreach, nutritious meals, and pathways to stable housing.

We believe homelessness is a circumstance people experience, not a defining characteristic. Our housing-first, client centered approach empowers individuals to rebuild their lives with dignity.
