Board Co-Chair
Andrew MacKenzie
Andrew, a lifelong Alliston resident and self-employed farmer, brings deep roots in the community and a practical, hands-on perspective to the board. His experience in agriculture and resource management provides valuable insight into sustainability and operational decision-making, strengthening S.H.I.F.T.’s commitment to local impact and long-term growth.

Ken Marsh
Ken has lived in New Tecumseth since 1997 and offers over three decades of expertise in residential construction. As Director of Construction for Yorkwood Homes, his leadership and industry knowledge provide strategic guidance on development and planning, helping S.H.I.F.T. pursue sustainable solutions for housing and community infrastructure.

Melissa Marshall
Melissa, a Strategic Partnerships Officer at Ontario Tech University, specializes in building cross-sector collaborations and fostering community engagement. Currently completing her MBA at Carleton University, she brings strong governance experience and a passion for social responsibility, ensuring S.H.I.F.T. remains connected and responsive to evolving community needs.

Maggie MacMurchy
Maggie is a proud Highland Dance studio owner and local real estate professional, with Coldwell Banker Ronan Realty, who has a strong commitment to community development. Her expertise in property markets and business strategy supports S.H.I.F.T.’s long-term planning initiatives, while her deep ties to the community ensure decisions reflect the needs and values of the people we serve.

Devin Roshan
Devin, a lifelong Innisfil resident, holds a Bachelor of Health Sciences specializing in Child Health. With experience as a youth worker and program director, and now as an Investigator with Ontario's Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services, he brings expertise in compliance, safety and policy to support informed decision-making

Alycia Rose
Alycia is a civil litigation lawyer, with a Master’s Degree from Osgoode Hall Law School and a Certificate in Adult Education. She also moonlights as a criminal duty counsel lawyer. Her legal expertise and passion for justice provide valuable insight into governance, advocacy, and strategic decision-making, strengthening S.H.I.F.T.’s commitment to fairness and accountability.
